Kolhapur, April 13 : Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) state president Chandrakant Patil on Wednesday alleged that the Uddhav Thackeray led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government was misusing its power to register false cases against BJP leaders. In a press conference Patil said that MVA government was misusing it’s power to register false cases against BJP leaders including Cabinet Minister Narayan Rane and his both sons Nilesh and Nitesh, Opposition leader Praveen Darekar, Prasad Lad, but these cases will not stand in the court, he said. On state Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s statement that BJP’s Hindutva was unfaithful, Patil said that country’s people very well know, what RSS has done for Hindutva since the foundation of BJP.
