Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing license agreement for upcoming Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 55.00, up by 0.35 points or 0.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 54.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 55.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 55.45 and Rs. 54.50 respectively. So far 13465 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.60 on 04-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.50 on 22-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 57.90 and Rs. 54.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4329.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 25.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.20% and 39.92% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for a 39 room upcoming Hotel at Mcleodganj in Dharamshala at Himachal Pradesh under the brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotels’. The hotel is expected to be operational by September, 2022. The hotel will feature 39 well-appointed rooms and suites, complemented by a multicuisine restaurant and a bar. It will also have a conference room, and a swimming pool and a fitness center for recreation.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
