Addressing a press conference, UP DGP OP Singh said that three people have been arrested from Gujarat and investigations on to find more people from Lucknow who are involved in the murder conspiracy.
The DGP said that prima facie this was a radical killing where these people were radicalized by the speech he gave in 2015.
He also said the team is working in collaboration with Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad.
