Inox Wind Energy rises on getting nod to raise up to Rs 90 crore

Inox Wind Energy is currently trading at Rs. 799.00, up by 11.95 points or 1.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 787.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 826.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 826.00 and Rs. 760.00 respectively. So far 285 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘T’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 992.00 on 04-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 188.95 on 11-Jun-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 829.50 and Rs. 751.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 877.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.84% and 21.44% respectively.

Inox Wind Energy has received an approval to issue 10.62 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 847 per unit to raise up to Rs 90 crore. The board of directors of Inox Wind Energy at its meeting held on December 27, 2021, has approved the same.

Inox Wind Energy is to engage in the business of generation and sale of wind energy and providing related services and to make investment in the shares, debentures and other securities of Renewable Energy Business.
