Four terrorists killed in two separate encounters with security forces in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir, four terrorists were killed in two separate encounters with security forces yesterday evening, November 1.

Additional Director General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar said Lashkar-e-Toiba Commander Mukhtar Ahmad is among three terrorists killed in the encounter at Khandipora village in the Awantipora area of Pulwama district. One AK 47 rifle, one AK 56 rifle, and one pistol were recovered from the encounter site.

In another encounter at Semthan village in the Bijbehara area of Anantnag district, one terrorist was neutralised by security forces.

Three hybrid terrorists were also arrested by Srinagar Police and 10 kgs of Bucket IED and two hand grenades were recovered.
