BLS International trades higher on signing contract to process German visas in North America & Mexico

BLS International is currently trading at Rs. 193.05, up by 0.25 points or 0.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 192.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 195.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 195.60 and Rs. 187.45 respectively. So far 107538 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 207.00 on 23-May-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.60 on 31-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 207.00 and Rs. 177.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3879.78 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.36% and 24.05% respectively.

BLS International has signed a 7-year contract to process short-term and long-term visas for Germany in North America and Mexico regions.

BLS will be starting operations with two centres in Mexico and eight centres in North America in cities including Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco and Washington D.C within six months.

The company will be providing visa outsourcing services along with several value-added services like photocopy, translation, courier, insurance for the convenience of applicants.
