Bharti Airtel gains despite losing 32.89 lakh subscribers in April

Mumbai : Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 346.30, up by 1.50 points or 0.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 344.80 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 344.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 348.50 and Rs. 344.55 respectively. So far 26718 shares were traded on the counter. The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 366.20 on 11-Jun-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 254.29 on 22-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 352.80 and Rs. 334.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 178173.66 crore. The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.86% and 2.00% respectively. Bharti Airtel has lost 32,89,534 subscribers in April 2019. Following this, the company’s total customer base stood at 32.18 crore with market share of 27.69% in term of Wireless Subscribers as on April 30, 2019. Bharti Airtel is a leading integrated telecommunications company with operations across Asia and Africa.
