Axiscades Technologies gains on raising Rs 10 crore via NCDs

Axiscades Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 119.30, up by 0.70 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 118.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 115.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 120.60 and Rs. 115.05 respectively. So far 449 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 177.50 on 29-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 66.55 on 24-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 126.00 and Rs. 115.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 452.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.53%, while Non-Institutions held 33.47% stake in the company.

Axiscades Technologies has raised Rs 10 crore through the allotment of 100 Unlisted Unrated Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basis.

The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated July 27, 2022, approved allotment of the same.
