Ashiana Housing jumps on entering into development agreement for housing project in Jharkhand

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 192.25, up by 2.30 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 189.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 186.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 193.50 and Rs. 186.50 respectively. So far 2145 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 209.95 on 23-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 87.00 on 22-Dec-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 193.55 and Rs. 186.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1980.51 crore.

Ashiana Housing has entered into a development agreement for construction and development of a group housing project at Pudishilli, Rugri, Anchal Chandil, District Saraikella Kharswan, Jharkhand. The potential saleable area of the proposed project is approximately 3,88,000 square feet.
