Adani Enterprises moves up on divesting entire stake in DC Development Noida

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1711.00, up by 35.45 points or 2.12 % from its previous closing of Rs. 1675.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1655.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1720.00 and Rs. 1648.80 respectively. So far 88282 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1766.50 on 16-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 383.25 on 23-Nov-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1729.00 and Rs. 1642.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 188331.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.92% and 3.16% respectively.

Adani Enterprises (AEL) has divested its 100% stake in DC Development Noida, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (DCDNPL) on November 22, 2021 to AdaniConnex — 50% Joint Venture Company of AEL with EdgeConneX Europe B.V. Consequently, DCDNPL has ceased to be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
